Dealing With All Types Of Business Calls

Business. Where do we start with such a huge subject? Books have been written about every facet of business. Lectures have been given on the structure of business. eBooks have been written regarding how to set up a business. Why,  even billionaires share their secrets on how to run a business!

Yet one of the most important......no....sorry.....one of the most mandatory aspects of any business surely is speaking with and dealing with it's customers. Common sense tells us that without customers there is no business. Obvious isn't it? Yes, but some businesses treat customers as though they're in the way, yet they are the very reason we have a business in the first place.

Nobody needs to be told this about customers but still some businesses work as though they're not aware of such a basic and obvious fact - no customers = no business.In the light of this, isn't it therefore crucially important that communication with all customers all of the time is a top priority? Absolutely!

Yes, we need to call potential customers in order to grow our business but after gaining those customers we then need to stay in touch with them and answer their calls whether they are happy or complaint calls. What do you mean, you always ignore complaint calls? They must be answered! An unresolved issue in business causes stagnation not growth.

Calling potential customers might be something you may not like doing. In fact, statistically, you hate doing it.
Not having time is usually a good excuse........sorry.........a good reason not to answer some of those business calls. How much money are we throwing away by not answering all our calls? How many leads are we losing?

Calling potential customers and answering all our calls should be the most obvious tasks of any business and also should be a top priority in maintaining and growing our business.If you truly find making calls to potential customers is just not your thing then get someone else to do it. Get someone to do it who knows how to do it. Get someone to do it whose job it is to call potential customers.

Get someone to answer all your incoming calls also. Don't get someone who will just sit there in between calls doing next to nothing. Get someone who you'll pay only for business calls taken - what a saving eh!
